Matteo Cazzola – Finance and Wealth Management

After a degree in Economics and Finance at Milan’s State University, he has held increasingly high positions in the Retail & Private Banking Division at Barclays Group and, since 2013, in the Consultants and Private Bankers network of a leading Italian bank. A chartered financial consultant, he has been leading a team of Senior Private Bankers with a long-standing experience in Private and High Net Worth -HNW customers. He personally assists a limited number of HNWIs clients, with a special focus on the management of real estate protection and generational change. He is in charge of the Finance and Wealth Management practice at CPI.

Marco Gualdi – Strategy and Marketing

Marco Gualdi holds a degree in Business and Economics at Milan’s Bocconi University, specialising in Marketing. He has risen through the ranks of consumer goods multinationals such as Unilever, Kraft and Braun. Since 1987 he has founded, led and chaired four marketing and communication agencies, eventually acquired by the Omnicom Group, the world’s largest communications holding, listed on the NYSE. He is currently a marketing and sales consultant, and leads CPI’s Strategy and Planning practice.

Marco Francesco Bianchi – Asset Analysis and Development

An Architect from Milan’s Polytechnic University, he has collaborated with a number of firms before founding his own studio in 1994 in Milan, focusing on residence and office design in Italy and abroad. In 2002, he became a founding partner of Tech SRL, an engineering business offering integrated and coordinated design and planning services to national and multinational enterprises. He has been a member of the council of the Architects Institute of Milan from 2013 to 2017, and has dealt with technical regulations and relationships with public authorities. At CPI he leads the Analysis, Development and Conversion practice for both private and corporate real estate portfolios.
